Neighborhood Management, Inc. (NMI) is an established Professional Management company that specializes in providing quality Association Management services throughout the Metroplex. We work closely with developers, builders, directors, committees, homeowners, and other designated individuals to establish policies and programs that work effectively for the community. These policies and programs are vital in enhancing operation, lifestyle, and property value. We also assist in creating advisory boards and organizing community events for homeowners which help make a smooth transition.

If you see what appears to be an irrigation break with water flowing for hours, or some other type of HOA emergency, please be sure to call the HOA’s Emergency Dispatch Service, answered 24 hours a day/7 days a week.

Webmaster

    What is a Webmaster?

    A Webmaster is the administrator of a website.

    Generally, a webmaster's responsibilities include:

    • Register and maintain the website's domain name and email addresses
    • Maintain uptime on the web, database, and SMTP farms
    • Design the website, or direct page designers and software developers
    • Monitor the size of the site to ensure allowed bandwidth and disk space is not exceeded
    • Plan future growth, requirements and limitations of the website

    The Webmaster cannot answer questions regarding your HOA dues, grant access to amenities, or provide any information about the inner-workings of the HOA, events, budget's, ACC approvals, etc.
