As a member of the Abbey Moor of Trophy Club Homeowners’ Association, you are cordially invited to attend the Annual meeting of the Association to be held at the time and place listed below:

Your attendance at this meeting is very important. In order for the meeting to be held, a quorum of 10% (or 18 homeowners) of the ownership must be present either in person or by proxy. If you are unable to attend, please complete and sign the attached proxy/ballot form and return it by fax to 972-359-1171 or email to kstafford@nmitx.com by 3PM on Wednesday, August 29, 2018. If quorum is not reached at the annual meeting, the meeting will be adjourned and a second annual meeting will be called.

Also, we will be electing three (3) Candidates to serve on the Board of Directors. We are still looking for at least two more candidates! If you wish to run for the Board and be considered as a candidate, please complete the attached candidacy form and return it by Wednesday, August 29, 2018 no later than 3:00 PM in order to be added to the election ballot. Floor nominations will also be taken the night of the meeting.
