As a member of Abbey Moor Homeowners Association, you are cordially invited to attend the Annual meeting of the Association to be held at the time and place listed below:

Your attendance at this meeting is very important. In order for the meeting to be held, a quorum of 10% of the ownership (18 homeowners) must be present either in person or by proxy. If the Annual Meeting quorum requirement is not met, the meeting will not be held, and a second meeting will be called at a later date. Immediately following the adjournment of the annual meeting, a board meeting will be called to elect officer positions.

Also, we will be electing two (2) Candidates to serve on the Board of Directors. Click the link below to download the absentee proxy ballot.  On the proxy are the Candidates who have submitted their names thus far.  You have the opportunity to vote now, should you be unable to attend.  Please note, we will be accepting nominations from the floor on the evening of the meeting.
