The 2019 statements were recently mailed out to the membership by Neighborhood Management. Please remember, the 2019 first quarter assessment of $72.00 is due on January 1st. Accounts are considered delinquent 30 days past the due date which means your payment MUST BE POSTED to your account no later than January 31st to avoid any additional fees.

If you set up automatic bill pay through your personal bank prior to August 1, then you will need to adjust the Payee information to be mailed to the correct address and reflect your current account number with Neighborhood Management. If you are unsure of your account number with NMI, please email the Community Manager, Derrick Dawson, at CustomerCare@nmitx.com. The Payee information should reflect Abbey Moor HOA, c/o NMI, PO Box 62164, Phoenix, AZ 85082.

If you set up auto draft through Mutual of Omaha bank prior to August 1st, then you will need to cancel the draft. You can then set up a new draft using you correct account number with NMI, association ID (ABMR), and management ID (4008).

For online payments, please visit www.MutualPayPropertyPay.com and select “Pay Now”. Enter your information, along with the Management ID (4008), Association ID (ABMR), and your NMI Account number. You can select either to Pay by eCheck (Free), or pay with a credit card ($14.95 convenience fee).

If you prefer to mail your payment, please send to Abbey Moor HOA, c/o Neighborhood Management, PO Box 62164, Phoenix, AZ 85082. Remember, payments must POST to your account by January 31st to avoid additional fees. It is highly suggested that mailed payments are placed in the mail a minimum of 10 days prior to January 31st to ensure adequate time for mail delivery and processing by the bank.
