Annual Meeting Follow-Up

The 2018 Annual Meeting was held on August 30th. The meeting went very well! Thank you to the 45 people who attended. Joining Joe Luna and Larry Vowell as new board members are Guy Dittoe, Bill Chapman and Jenifer Bahamon. The 2018 Annual Meeting was held on August 30th. The meeting went very well! Thank you to the 45 people who attended. Joining Joe Luna and Larry Vowell as new board members are Guy Dittoe, Bill Chapman and Jenifer Bahamon. We welcome our new management company, Neighborhood Management, Inc. and our new manager, Kelly Stafford.

Also, we are looking for residents that are interested in joining the Social Committee. The social committee is to organize and enhance Community Involvement in the neighborhood through events. Primary responsibilities include:

- Organize and facilitate all event planning
- Presenting social committee budget for approval
- Work with vendors
- Recruit Volunteers
- Prepare invitations, announcements, and signs as needed, or posting on social media to promote
- Events may include Block Parties, Meet & Greets, Trail Clean-Up, or National Night Out.

Becoming part of the social committee is a great way to give back to the community, and spend free time productively while making new friends! If you would like to join the social committee, please email Neighborhood Management at kstafford@nmitx.com.

As a reminder, the fourth quarter assessments will be due on October 1, 2018 and must be posted to your account no later than October 31st to avoid late fees/interest. Payments can be made online or through USPS mail. Payment instructions are attached for your convenience.
