Accounts are considered delinquent 30 days past the due date which means your payment MUST BE POSTED to your account no later than January 31st to avoid any additional fees.

NOTICE ABOUT PAYMENTS TO OLD MANAGEMENT COMPANY.
If you have previously setup your quarterly assessment payments on bill pay from your personal bank to the old management company, SBB; you will need to make adjustments to these payments before the 4th quarter (October 1st). You will need to update the address for the online payments to Abbey Moor c/o NMI at P.O. Box 62164, Phoenix, AZ 85082.
If you had auto-draft through the old management company’s bank, you will need to cancel this. Information for the new bank account will be printed on the statement you receive for the 4th quarter.
